Convert Microsoft docx to doc and pptx to ppt

There's a new utility installed on all newer computers in the building (including teacher laptops and all labs) - but not installed on our oldest computers (not installed on white iMacG3s or G4 towers).

It's found in the Applications folder and it's called: Open XML Converter

This program can convert the newest Microsoft Office (Vista) file formats (docx, pptx, xlsx)
to the familiar Microsoft Office file formats (doc, ppt, xls).
Follow these steps:

1. First, launch Open XML Converter
2. Drag-and-drop newer Office files onto the window (see below)
3. The converter will change the files from docx to doc and pptx to ppt which will then open with Office 2004 (which is installed throughout the building).
